Working together with the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and the Philadelphia Department of Recreation, BUILDING BLOX turned up on a cold and rainy December morning to prune juvenile trees and perennials at Herron Playground, a wonderfully rehabbed park in South Philly (2nd & Reed).
